HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

STEP 1 。STARTING THE BESPOKE PROCESS
Every bespoke jewellery project begins with an initial chat by phone, WhatsApp or email. Tell us about your own story, inspiration, favorite color, gemstone and budget.

STEP 2 。SOURCING DIAMONDS AND GEMSTONES
We will start to source diamonds or coloured gemstones to suit your requirements and budget.
At the same time we will give you a rough estimated cost. 
Once the gemstone has been confirmed we will take a non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) to place the order. Balance is due on completion of the jewellery.

STEP 3 。REFINE THE DESIGN
The next step is to refine the ideas into a one of a kind jewellery.  To do this we will usually prepare few sketches. 
Once you have confirmed with the design, We will start to do the production.

STEP 4 。PRODUCTION
The bespoke jewellery takes 31-41days for the production. We will contact you once the jewellery piece is finished production. You are welcome to collect your jewellery in person from our showroom or we can arrange delivery anywhere in the world.
